Fitness is the new clean….

Whats up wreckless people?!

This morning I woke up at 6am in the mood to clean my bathroom. This is a such a great feeling when chores don’t feel like chores and you really want to do them but also when you acknowledge the benefits of doing them as well.

See… while I was about to sit on the edge of the bath tub while scrubbing it, I realized that if I engage my core and bend over at the waste I could get a full stretch of the hamstrings with some slight ab work. Also, instead of using one arm to scrub the walls, I can use both for an over head stretch/pull up. And when it comes to cleaning hard to reach places, I made up some yoga pose and focused on my breathing! Pure genius!

Unfortunately this is not something someone hasn’t thought of but fortunately I googled a few tips similar to the ones I was thinking on how you can increase the benefits of cleaning at home with exercise. I was slightly embarrassed by the fact that the women who thought to exercise during cleaning were moms but so what I can be 25 with a mid 40 mother of three mentality! Either way no excuse fat bitches! Please note I didn’t mean that in a negative way:-) so wreckless!
